So weigh in was this morning, and I lost 2.8 lbs!!!!! I was so excited this morning when I looked at the scale. This week I increased my workout time from 25 minutes a day to 40-50 per day. And I have been going to bed hungry every night! The munchies start to hit me around 10, so I try to just go to bed instead of raid the frigerator- and that helped a lot! Last night I made these- they were so yummy and very low in fat! Ev en the hub liked them, which is always a good thing :). Right now we are all gearing up for Shan's visit this weekend- its going to be legendary! We plan to get a margarita for sure- but we are also going to play Dance Dance Revolution and Personal Trainer for the wii. And weather permitting, we will go hiking at our nearby Nature Preserve! So excited!!
