So, I worked out for the 3rd time...

this week!! I am way too proud of myself, not to mention sore. One good thing, my husband informed me the day before New Year's that he is on the weight loss train. Having a work out buddy is the best way to stay motivated. And it also helps when you eat/make meals together. Awesome low calorie recipe that I made the other night: Diet Coke Chicken. 4 chicken breast, one 12oz diet coke and a cup of Ketchup. Brown chicken on both sides then add the other ingredients and cook for 40 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through. Voila! I cooked up some brown rice with it. Tomorrow is the big weigh-in! I can't believe I am going to share my weight with the world! Stay tuned!
